Galactic–Mayan Unified Code

The Unified Code is an emerging synthesis from Space Station Plaza. For any date it brings together three signatures:

The Unified Code is Space Station Plaza’s own synthesis. It is not a traditional Maya method, and it does not claim that the two calendars are historically equivalent. It does not replace either source identity: your Dreamspell Kin and your Tzolk’in day each remain complete in their own right.

Birthdate or any date (1900–2099)
or use today’s date

Nothing you enter is stored. The date is read as a calendar day, so your time zone cannot shift it.

Enter a date above to see its Dreamspell Kin, its traditional Tzolk’in day and the Unified Kin they form together.

How it works

  1. Dreamspell Kin. The date is counted in the Dreamspell’s 260-kin cycle, the same count the station uses for Today’s Kin and every kin page. February 29 is 0.0 Hunab Ku, which falls outside the count.
  2. Traditional Tzolk’in Kin. The same date is found in the traditional Maya count through the Long Count (GMT correlation 584283), giving a Tzolk’in day such as “4 Ahau”. That day’s number and day sign are then located in the same 260-kin grid of 13 numbers × 20 signs, so it has a kin number between 1 and 260.
  3. Unified Kin. The two kin numbers are added using the station’s group-energy addition, the method the Group Energy Calculator uses to combine a group. If the total passes 260, the count continues around the Tzolk’in from Kin 1.

Unified Kin = ((Dreamspell Kin + Tzolk’in Kin − 1) mod 260) + 1

The Unified Code: Bridging Ancient Wisdom and Galactic Consciousness

The Unified Code offers a way to honor both the wisdom of the Traditional Maya Long Count and the insights of the Galactic Dreamspell Calendar—not by choosing one over the other, but by exploring how they may complement one another. Rather than viewing these systems as competing interpretations of time, the Unified Code invites us to approach them as two perspectives on the same evolutionary journey.
